Holly Kirkland Reynolds

Bio: Holly began her employment with Fairplex Child Development Center in 2000. She has over twenty years experience in leading early education programs.
Holly received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development at the California State University San Bernardino, while teaching in their lab site child development center. She has completing her Master Degree in Human Development at Pacific Oaks College, Pasadena. She is the current President for the Southern California Association for the Education of Young Children, is involved in several other professional associations concerned with early education, early intervention and family issues.

Heather Arnold
Family Literacy and Education Coordinator

Heather coordinates our Parenting Education and our Family Literacy Project. She has been an early childhood education teacher with us since 1995, has taught toddlers, preschool and has served as Mentor Teacher and Teaching Supervisor for our Preschool classes.

Margie Johnson, Office Supervisor
Margie manages the enrollment process and intake procedures for families enrolled in the State Subsidized program and coordinates the clerical staff.

Sedi Dehdashtinejad, Infant & Toddler Supervisor
Sedi has been a teacher and mentor teacher in our program for over 14 years. She holds a Child Development Site Supervisory Credential with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and has completed the WestEd Program for Infant Toddler Caregivers (PITC). Sedi also serves as a California Child Development Mentor Teacher, chosen by local college instructors as a result of her knowledge and experience working and training others working with Infants and Toddlers.

Cindy’s office is located on site at the Fairplex Child Development Center and serves as our on-site supervisor for the ULV Student program. She serves as an integral part of our leadership team, providing expert guidance regarding curriculum development.

Lynn Stanton-Riggs, M.S. (1989)

Bio:
Lynn Stanton-Riggs began her employment with ULV in 1989 as the Education Department Credential Analyst. In 1992, she became Director of Learning Enhancement Services, and in 2001, Assistant Professor of Education. Lynn became Chair of the Child Development Program in 2004.
Lynn received her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Cal State Long Beach, her Master's degree in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton, and she has completed her Ph.D. in Human Development at The Fielding Graduate Institute.
